Chapter 37. Words Could Be Hurtful

Zayn checks out Chain's apartment. Since his death, Zayn has never once touched Chain's belongings. He never even cleaned up Chain's messy room because, as usual, it was Zayn who would clean Chain's apartment.

When he entered the apartment, the atmosphere of silence was felt. Usually, Chain will greet him as soon as he is at the door. Or Chain will be in his room and ignore Zayn, who will nag him because the room is a mess. But those are just memories, and remembering all those memories makes Zayn feel the most profound sadness.

Zayn couldn't hold back his tears as soon as he saw the passbook and all the files regarding apartment ownership in Chain's wardrobe. Everything Angela said was true. Passbooks, as well as apartment certificates, are all in Zayn's name.
