Adrienne wanted to concentrate but the women’s chatters distracted her. “Didn’t I tell you to sort the documents?” She snapped at all of them, and it was during that time when Pedro got out of his office.

She thought that he would scold her but he just ignored her as if he didn’t see her at all, and what’s worst, he went to one of the women. Later on, she witnessed Pedro going out with one of the girls. She recalled their not-so-recent conversation that he would need a woman whenever he’s bothered. It shouldn’t bother her but Adrienne couldn’t help but imagine Pedro’s body on top of the pretty woman.
