Adira’s POV

“Why were you too quick to accept?” Azriel asked as he showed me the gym.

“Money is good,” I shrugged. “By the way, you have to tell me what to do, like I said, I haven’t done this before.”

“You’re his mate. You shouldn’t be some trainer,” he said.

“As I said, I have no wolf and—”

He stopped walking. “What is your name?”

I didn’t know whether to feel offended that he didn’t know my name. We spent yesterday and today together!

“Adira Wade,” I mumbled.

“Are you hurt that I don’t know your name, Adira?”

Adira, I repeated, it sounded good from his tongue too. Damn these brothers.

“No, I’m not mad.”

My voice sounded hostile and he smirked. Azriel showed me around and what he expected of me.

“There is a guidebook you’ll follow, it contains everything the girls need to learn,” he said.

“Is it not the same with the boys?”

“No.”

“But why? Isn’t important they acquire the same skills
