"Come out, Miss. Williams."

I sluggishly found my way out to the front of the class. I stood there thinking it was a mistake. I even went ahead to confirm with her.

"But, are you not mistaken? You called my name."

"Of course, yes. It was you I called. It was you. You are representing our school." She voiced out. Is she joking right now? I nodded my head negatively.

"No, no you can't choose me. I am the"

The dullest though. Saying they would choose me was an understatement. People would laugh at me, I know. They will think I don't know what I am doing. That is what they will think. I know my weakness.

She cut me off.

"You are the chosen one, Miss. Williams. You can't change that. Principal Lorelei chose you herself. She wants you to exercise your skills and your intelligence. You will get there." She muttered.

My intelligence? Like how am I supposed to do that? So they now regard me as someone intelligent? Wow, great. Yet, to be honest,
