Chapter 21. Treatment Measures

Emily's POV

I felt nervous and determined the next day as I accompanied him to the hospital. I'd picked a very pretty gown I'd seen in my closet. It was a flowery skirt that danced around my knees with every step I took. The fabric was light and airy, perfect for the warm day, and it was covered in a vibrant pattern of red, yellow, and pink flowers. Each bloom was exquisitely designed and detailed with green patterns winding between them.

It also had a comfortable, elastic waistband that sat snuggly on my hips, and it showed gently as I moved which gave me an elegant and carefree appearance. I loved the dress so much and couldn't wait to try it on sometime later.
