Chapter 99. No One but You

Emily's POV

I heard a knock on the door and I rushed towards the door. I pulled the door open, and I was stunned to see Berton standing at the door with flowers in his hand. "Berton, what are you doing here?" I asked, leaning forward to see if anyone was behind him because it felt like I was having too many unexpected visitors.

First it was his mother and now it was Berton. Was it all planned out by them or was it just a coincidence? "What are you doing here?" I asked, moving back to let him in.

I took the flowers from him. "Have a seat," I offered, and into the kitchen. Coming back, I joined him, in a seat close to him.

"I'm sorry for disturbing you today. I just wanted to talk to you for some time. Is Harry around?" He asked, looking around.
