Chapter 83. Unexpected Visitors

ZANDER’S POV

For some reason, Declan had been avoiding me. I felt like I hadn't seen him in weeks. He hadn't been eating meals with us either.

"Carson, have you seen Declan lately?" 

"Yeah, didn't we see him at the council meeting yesterday?" Carson replied. 

"No, I meant leisurely, not professionally. I feel like he's been avoiding me."
