HAZEL’S POV

What the fuck was going on? 

Zander crouched and so did Dimitri. 

"I told you vampire, the next time I saw you I'd kill you," Zander spat. His eyes melted into darkness and his breathing accelerated. He was close to transforming.

Of course, vampires were real too. I mentally slapped my forehead.

Dimitri's eyes glowed blood red and his fingernails grew into knives. His fangs were long and sharp and they gave off a twinkle when he hissed.

"I got permission from the head of The Supernatural Counsel," Dimitri hissed.

Zander's shoulders relaxed a bit. "You're lying?" 

"No, what I speak is the truth."

"Fuck!"

"So, from what I have observed, this gorgeous specimen is your mate."
