Without saying a word, he took her lips in a passionate kiss that forced her to stand on tiptoe to get to his height; even if he was in his human form, he was no taller than her. She realized that he was just as he came into the world, completely naked, and that fact did not bother either of them.

When they parted, Callium’s nose twitched barely; it was an almost imperceptible movement of her nostrils until her eyes turned to the man at her door.

Anger flashed in Mike's eyes, and she rejoiced in it.

Katherine raised a red” haired eyebrow as her ex took two steps towards them but stopped instantly as a loud growl rumbled through the place. One look behind her, and she knew the caring and sexy man was gone; in his place, an angry but equally sexy Callium was looking at Mike as if he wanted to destroy him.
