It was so good to hear Caden’s voice after not calling me for several days. Just one word from him, and all the anxiety in me disappeared, and I couldn’t help but smile as I listened to him. I had a feeling my little shifter was glad as well because the pup kept on kicking as if he or she could also hear his or her dad's voice through me.
