Layla's POV

What is this uncomfortable feeling I have been feeling all evening? I can’t even explain it and it makes me so scared that something might be wrong with me in a pack where no one cared about me.

I felt uneasy right from my stomach and then my heart ached. I did not know what could have caused this and my wolf was not even helping matters as she began to whimper.

“Girl, what is going on?” I asked but she did not reply.

I am not a very experienced wolf yet so the possibility that I would have an idea what was happening is very low and now there was nobody to ask. I can’t ask Irene seeing how far away she was from me.

“Nate is in danger.” My wolf managed to say and I gasped as the pain hit even differently after I found out what was happening.
