BRIANNA’S POV
“What…?” I stuttered in shock, disoriented as my eyes bulged from its sockets.
“Yes, princess,” he flashed me a benign smile, appearing harmless and innocent as opposed to his true self. “We’ll have to get rid of it. I can’t have you carrying another man’s child when you know fully well you belong to me and me alone. That’s infidelity. And you know how much I hate kids,” he added, his face twisting in disgust and revulsion as though he had a personal vendetta against children.
“No… never…!!” I cried out in despair, agitated. I was like a caged animal, thrashing against the ropes. Though the effort was futile and only earned me pain that’ll probably leave marks and bruises around my wrists and ankles, I didn’t mind.
