“Elaine, stop running, baby, or you’ll hurt yourself,” I yelled from where I sat under the huge tree and watched him run around the large field chasing butterflies with the other pups.
There was a smile on my face as I watched him giggle and push the other pups lightly. We have been spending almost every day together since Zuri left, since I wanted to give Zion and Emily the space they needed. Zion wasn’t taking Zuri’s leaving well.
