Malachi’s POV

I didn’t say anything to her until she is safely seated in the car, away from public eyes. This wife of mine doesn’t even care about anything. How could she go there without informing me? What if something had happened to her? I was in a meeting when her assistant called me and told me about her whereabouts. I genuinely do not care about what the public thinks of me, only my wife matters to me.

Immediately the driver zooms off the premises, I let out a huge sigh tousling my already disheveled hair.

“Are you okay?” She asks.

“Hmmm” I nod, “I am fine”

“Stefan” I call out to the driver, “go to the hospital”

“Okay, sir”

“Are you sick?” Her voice becomes laced with worry.

“I am fine, babe”
