Seeing how happy she looks; I am glad I came up with the idea of making her birthday a memorable one.

She didn’t tell me about it and I understood why, she was not sure how it was going to be. I heard it all from her thoughts and found the date on her ID.

Standing beside this phenomenal woman as the reporters click our pictures, I cannot help but feel more confident and fulfilled.

“Are you ready for your second gift?” I whisper into her ear as I snake my hand around her waist and wave to the reporters.
