Book 1: Chapter 9

Enzo’s POV

I have just brought the car to a sudden halt in front of the hospital when the lady who is standing away from my car collapses.

I rush out of the car and run towards her but by now she is already unconscious.

Cussing silently, I gather her up in my arms and rush towards the hospital.

I just arrived from the airport and I didn’t get a chance to go to my hotel before rushing to the hospital, apparently the patient waiting for me was getting worse.

As soon as I enter the hospital, a group of doctors rush towards them and they all look surprised seeing me with a lady in my arms, I am also surprised myself but this is not the time for that.

“Doctor Enzo” the hospital director bows lightly as he walks up to me.

“Put her on bed rest and administer some medicine for her, she passed out just now. I will come to see her after my operation”

“Yes doctor”

With one last look at the lady who is being wheeled away, I hasten tow
