Chapter 35

Sometimes, all you need to hear is those three amazing words to know that everything will be fine; everything will be okay.

- Grace Chanbee

[Amber's POV]

I sprayed my mouth with the mouthwash Aiden had given to me as we were on our way back to Los Angeles.

I hadn't so much as slept a wink in about fifteen hours as my heart was troubled. Thankfully, Aiden had been waiting in the car outside and had assisted me in taking Justin's grandmother to the local hospital.

She had been put on a drip and had been administered oxygen which we had only been able to pay for with the money Daisy had given to me.

Although she was yet to regain consciousness, the doctor had informed us that she was in a stable condition and she had only had an increase in her blood pressure which she was going to recover from in no time.

He even commented that she was a strong woman for her age, leaving me feeling relieved and better off, as a huge problem had been solved.
