Chapter 85. Kyle Looking for Trouble

Clarisse grumbled as she was back to work the next day, running errands for Hester whom she’s now sure that she loathes her. Clarisse was running errands, while Suzanne was calling on the company’s heart for a meeting.

“Where’s Miss Clarisse?”, Celia asked Hester when the six of them had gathered and Clarisse was not present,

“I don’t know”, Hester lies,

“But you two were working together earlier”,

“I had no idea where she went,”she lied again.

“Okay then, let’s start the meeting”, Suzanne said, not happy with the perception she was getting from Clarisse, a perception of her not being responsible and diligent.
