I remember the first time I met Morgan. I had stepped off the bus at the private prep school, and a bunch of rich jocks started ridiculing me for several reasons. First, I took the bus. Who would ever take a bus to a private school? Me, obviously. I was the school's ‘charity case’. Second, I wore glasses. Yes, I am near-sighted, something I couldn’t control. Third and most importantly, I was short. Another thing I couldn’t control, especially since I had skipped two grades. They didn’t care, though. As soon as I stepped off that bus, I was fair game for their torture and ridicule.
