Even if he was blaming himself for spoiling Kaylee too much, he blamed his wife as she was the one who had always accompanied the kids when he was at work. He had trusted that she would be able to take care of his daughters but now he understood that she never did. Her work was only making things difficult for Rhiannon as she supported her daughter in everything she wanted to do.
“What do you mean when you say that we do not have the card anymore?” Mrs Clark asked immediately with a shocked and disbelieving face.
“Why don’t you ask your daughter what she did? Or why do you think that I am so angry?” Mr Clark retorted as he wasn’t in the mood to entertain his wife.
“You! I was just asking a question if you don’t want to tell me then it is fine,” the woman refuted as she never believed she could lose a battle that involved talking.
