I was enjoying my food when suddenly someone tripped on my leg and hot liquid fell on my thighs. I screamed as it was very hot. It was unbearable I saw Nick rushing out and Amanda who was the real culprit apologizing to me telling me she did not see where she was walking and tripped. 

Nick came back with the first aid box and applied some soothing gel, I was crying and Grandma Lisa held me in his arms but my mother did not come forward she was just standing and watching everything. 

After a while, I felt better, and everyone went back to having their food. It was getting late, so my stepfather told me to come along with them as the party was over, and everyone was heading back.
