Chapter 22

Meanwhile, a car was driving smoothly into the dark night not knowing the things that had happened after they left the town.

It was two in the morning when I reached their destination, Moa was fast asleep, so the driver insisted that he will carry the luggage inside, while I lifted Moa in my arms and walked towards the door. I opened the door and went inside. It had been cleaned by the vacation home, so I need not have to worry about cleaning. 

 But when I switched on the lights it was not working, probably there is a power cut I thought and thanked the driver for his help and waved him goodbye. After closing the door, I carried Moa to the bedroom and laid him down. Then I took out the cell phone, as I had to inform Lara that we have reached safely but the phone was dead. I thought of waiting till the morning and then calling them when the power would be back.

I was pretty tired and went off to sleep.
