After waiting for over five hours for Scarlett to return, I became worried.

I didn't know how to find her and it seemed she had turned on the do-not-disturb feature on her phone. She seemed upset when she came into my office and I hadn't had the time to ask why.

Well, I had the time. I just wasn't in the mood.

Once the clock struck half past four, I decided that I was tired of waiting for her. I had to find her or something.

Going towards the elevator, I met Abigail. She was talking with Omar.

"Hey, Abby," I stopped. "Have you any idea where your boss went? I haven't seen her all day."

Abby shook her head. "I have no idea. She told me she's going to be unavailable for the whole of today,"

"Have you tried calling her?"
