Roman’s POV

“Home sweet home,” I said as Sofie and I walked down the stairs of my private jet.

“Literally. I never knew a day would come in my life when I’d say I missed America’s hustle and bustle,” Sofie acquiesced with a sigh.

“Welcome back, young master and Madam Sofie.” Nathan was waiting at the foot of the stairs with two suit-clad men standing behind him.

The men bowed and took our luggage from us before walking behind Nathan to place them in the car’s trunk. “You should head back to the company; I will drive us home,” I said, to which Nathan nodded and handed me the car keys.

“Welcome home again, sir,” he said before walking off with the men.

The drive home was comfortable, although Sofie slept for most of the journey. Cute,
