Alice sighed deeply and exhaled slowly. After thinking for quite some time, she finally nodded to Alden.

Without hesitation, Alice shuffled to sit and grabbed the mini dress-shaped nightgown. She put it on and took three pregnancy test kits of different brands that Alden had bought last night.

"Trust me. Whatever the result may be, I will never leave anywhere. I will stay by your side," Alden said, trying to reassure Alice that everything would be alright.
