Chapter 40. A Glass of Drink

"Let me get you a drink first," Sagara said. He then moved to the bar table in the corner of the room.

Seeing the opportunity, Ami and Cassie immediately approached Ratu's table. They weren't invited to the inauguration of the new face of the hotel, but since they were staying at the hotel, they could freely enter the free event. Of course, their stay wasn't their own money, but Ratu's.

"You said you wanted to reveal. But you're so stiff," Cassie teased.

"That's right. You're like a mannequin paired with a human, you know. You're so flat-faced, like you have no emotions. You're like a living corpse, you know."

"It's useless to put on makeup, but your face looks like a zombie who can only gawk."
