Chapter 45. The Chasing
Sagara glanced around. He had secretly dialled the Lebanese police's 999 emergency number before going out. He didn't say much, but if they heard a scream or the sound of a gun, they would know that Sagara was in trouble. He had also pressed the mute button, ensuring that all the criminals here had no idea Sagara had called the police. All that was left was to buy time for the police to arrive.
Sagara looked at his enemy. The tips of his eyes began calculating the distance between himself and the enemies. He needed a shield from the gunfire. There were three enemies here. Each was holding a revolver. If Sagara's guess was correct, eight bullets were in their guns. Eight bullets times three firearms meant 24 shots ready to fly and penetrate Sagara's body.
Sagara swallowed. His enemies had yet to attack. That meant they wanted to capture Sagara alive. But Sagara also didn't dismiss the assumption that they wanted to kill him.
