Chapter 50. Powerful Kiss

"Can I go?" said Sagara. A smile blossomed on his face. A very peaceful smile.

"Where?" asked Ratu.

"To a place where people truly love me," Sagara replied.

Sagara began to walk. Ratu was about to intervene. She wanted to grab her husband's hand but failed.

"Honey! Wait!" she shouted.

Sagara looked back. "Now you can live as you wish, Rat. Life is too hard to force love. I will go to where my parents are. They must have waited too long for me there. And I think there is only love for me there," Sagara said. He widened his smile once more and then took another step.

"No! Honey, don't go! Honey, I love you!"

But she was too late. Before Sagara could hear Ratu's words, he was already far away, climbing the stairs that led to the sky. There, Ratu could see two silhouettes of a man and a woman. They waved, and then, as soon as Sagara got there, they embraced.

For a moment, Sagara turned to Ratu. He smiled and nodded, and a heart-wrenching whisper
