Niklaus’s POV

"Are you satisfied now?" I ask my wife looking at her amused at her sudden playfulness.

"Very" she smiles off into the distance

I look at the time, I really needed to get going. "Honey will you be okay without me for a few hours?" I ask Zelina

"Yes... I know you have to go to work..." she nods

"No, I need to sort out your mothers transfer to the hospital..." I tell her

"Oh okay..." she nods

"I’ll let Zia and Alexis accompany you" I tell her

She shakes her head. "I am fine on my own really. If I need something I can call the nurses for help." she tries to convince me

I shake my head. "No..." I am not ready to leave her alone yet. I am not really for her to be without someone to watch her, I am not sure if her father’s partner might try to do.

"Do you say yes to anything I ask now a days?" she jokes
