Adele shook on the bed and snapped her eyes open when her very loud alarm sounded. Letting out an exasperated sigh, she picked up her cell phone and quickly turned off the alarm. It was six am in the morning and she needed to wake up and prepare for work. When she turned back to the other side of the bed, she noticed that Jamal was nowhere to be found.
