Chapter 34

“Breath in, breath out, it isn’t as bad as you think it is,” I tried calming myself but it was of no use so I screamed, “somebody save me!”

“Shut up you monster,” one of the hunters said.

I looked at the hunter, he was a military personnel, he was with a well-loaded riffle pointed at me. I swallowed up a big lump of saliva down my throat and said, “I am human!”

He laughed and asked, “where would such a low lie take you?”

“I am not lying, how do I prove it to you, or wait werewolves cannot tell the time without looking at the sky even with a watch, you know that right?” I said.

It was true, but I did not understand how it was so. They could never tell them time without looking at the sky, that was why they never needed clocks and had an opening in their houses such that they could always look at the sky.

“What are you trying to prove by this?” The solider asked.

“Give me a watch and I did tell the time without looking at the sky,” I said.
