Chapter 33

It's itchy

We left when the sun is quite high. I never thought it was tiring, we came home when it is already dark. When I returned, Hugo's crossed arm was waiting for me.

"Why did you not wait for me?" Hugo asked.

"The food and medicine need to be distributed so that employees can go home. It's not that tiring so I did it. Are you feeling well?"

Hugo's jaw tightened and dragged me to our room. He forcefully ushered me into the room as his eyes glazed over.

I was just placing my eyes down. I tried to avoid Hugo's stares because I don't know if I need to explain. I felt Hugo's deep breath on my neck before he started to walk away from me. He went outside.

Until dark Hugo still does not return. He finished eating but no Hugo came. The food is given to Lenlen. I didn't sleep until Hugo arrived. A few more hours passed and the door opened. I immediately ran to him and the smell of wine covered my nose.
