Lucien had intended to let Brooks off without physical violence as he doesn’t think it is time to get things all bloody but staring at the ten muscled men before him with daggers in their hands and hard glares on their faces he can’t help but reconsider.

If Brooks can be so hostile to get more men to come to kill him even after being the reason his beloved is in the state she is now then he shouldn’t blame him for being ruthless from now on.

As he left the hospital after telling Declan what to do he was about to call Mr. Corbin Connor so that the initial plan will commence when ten men suddenly blocked his path.
