Chapter 98
"So, where is this huge golden door? I saw nothing."
"You'll notice it when you see it." Naghas responded.
"Wow! Wormy, you're not being constructive and you're being disrespectful."
"My name is Naghas, milady." He responded as a matter of fact and sighed before leading Diana into a tiny empty dry region. A short walk through the wasteland led them to a barren ravine some distance from where they first appeared. "Are we walking in a circle?"
"No!"
The landscape didn't appear familiar in the early morning light as they entered a side gorge. They traveled a short range into it, and felt as if they were in another universe. On their left, the desert was a warm and expansive golden brown, as wide and open as it is ever possible to imagine.
