"Oh well, I get into most people's houses the same way, through the front door." It was with a smirk on his face as he gave the soul the best smile he could muster in order to ease the process of her sudden death, which left him perplexed because for once he wasn't the soul taker, he wasn't the one this mundane mortal called death with the foolish black hood and those silly axes, or whatever the mortal used to call it. But the truth that he's here must mean something, right?
He despised the fact that he had lost this memory while traveling through time. Because of his powers, he had become quite impatient during this procedure, but after seeing the one-year-old girl, everything had faded and the annoyance had vanished. Odd indeed.
"Don't try to outsmart me, sweetheart. Do you have any notion of who I am or what I do?" The soul added as she stormed at him and she let out a snarl.
He maintained a smile on his face because he knew she was not a horrible person on the inside;
