The path to the cabin, however, turned out to be little more than a track after leaving the main thoroughfare in the settlement. As per the shoemaker, the village of Churuberg was the main hamlet of the South, the human territory. Up north was the gods' region, west for the sea people, or the atlantean, and east for the vampires and the seers. And now, travelling towards a small isolated place, Andrew realized that the rocky, uneven road had grass growing through it, and it didn't appear that many carriages ever drove on it.
