Chapter 220. The Norwegian Ritual

Adam didn't answer and looked at Ryan, and then at Leon, who was sitting on the floor, as if he didn't know there was a different movement in the house, and Anna followed his gaze and realized that Ryan was in chains.

  “Tell that bitch to say the words, Adam, or those chains won't hold me. I'll do far worse to her than I did to all the virgins you sent me.” Ryan growled.

  “You should be more polite to those who are here to help you, Ryan.” Anna said amused and felt a tug on her hair. She looked over and Adam was holding a lock of her hair in his hand, and suddenly, his fingernail grew and he cut off the red curl, and handed it to another werewolf who left immediately.

  “Anna, repeat exactly the words I'm going to say, it doesn't matter if you don't understand them, but I need you to try and reproduce them exactly the way I'm going to say them. Can you do that?”

  “I'm childish, Adam. Children like this game of imitating an idiot adult.”
