Chapter 53. Only I Know How I Controlled My Anger
Juvia woke up from her unconscious state and the maidservant immediately informed the King about it, who was present in the living room with his queen, Lucia, and Juvia’s father, Nikolai.
They rushed to the bedchamber to check on Juvia, who tried to sit up.
“Stay in there, dear,” Queen Lucia said and went toward the bed. Xavier asked Nikolai to go to his daughter, who nodded and stepped ahead.
“Dear, how are you? When I heard about you, I was scared,” Nikolai asked Juvia as he approached Juvia, who was lying on the bed.
“You should sit on the bed,” Queen Lucia suggested. Nikolai did so and settled on the mattress. He placed his hand on Juvia’s forehead and then caressed it gently.
On the other hand, Queen Lucia stood next to King Xavier. They both were delighted to see that Juvia was absolutely fine.
