Chapter 67. Escape to Hawaii

Annabelle’s POV 

The next morning we flew to our dream destination, Maui, an island that’s part of the Hawaiian archipelago. We drove over to Stefan’s Springwell Maui Resort and Spa, nestled against the historic Black Rock of Maui, overlooking Ka’anapali Beach. The sun was about to set and we gazed at the amazing sunset from our beach-facing executive suite. 

“It’s the best sunset I’ve ever experienced,” I admitted, leaning against Stefan’s chest. With his warm presence behind me, any sunset could be the best. 

“You’ll experience many more in the next ten days. We’ll spend some time on all the islands and experience the best of everything,” said Stefan. Dinner arrived, and they tucked in. It had been a long flight and both of them were exhausted. 

“Save some energy to fulfill your promise to me,” he reminded me.
