Chapter 95. Busy

After Harry was cleared up things settled down more. While I have been busy with business and sorting out the wedding, Lucia has been home and spending more time with her friends. She has been seeing those guests that Caiu sent.

Now, though, Hugh stays in the room. I know she is having a family meal with them today. I don’t get what Caiu hopes to gain from it.

Her friends seem to call around a lot, no doubt because they know I’m constantly out. I’m leaving the night of the wedding, so I need to ensure nothing can go wrong while I am away. That means I’m doing as much work now as I can.
