Chapter 100. Seeking Advice

My mind goes to Alice, and I know I said I would give her until after the wedding, but Alice won't tell us where Jacob is or where the baby is. That will take time to find out, and how long will it be then? What happens if, in the meantime, he finds out she spoke and takes her son?

"Are you okay, you look worried." He glances at me as we step into the bedroom.

"I don't know what to do Marco." I don't want to go behind Alice's back, but if she tries to sneak in and take their son, will Jacob just hide him from her entirely?

"Then tell me the issue and I can give suggestions." My head shakes, I can't even tell him that. "Look, explain it to me. If you want to hide details, hide them. If you want to change names, change them. If you want to put a pink unicorn in to make it a fantasy story do it."
