The fact that his cousin is taking into account what Bella said pisses Enzo off to a great degree. He is actually doubtful about every single word that that woman said to his cousin.

Kaira curtly said, "I am not going to take any chances here, Enzo." It's not like she believes everything Bella claims to be true, but she's also not ruling out the possibility that certain elements of it could be genuine, and so she had to make sure. "We need every bit of information that we could possibly gather to help bring us closer to our goal. I don't trust her, but the information she provided can be a link to what we're waiting for."
