Chapter 56. Engagement Naughtiness
I sense Aaron's hawk like glare falling on the side of my face. He was wearing only the shirt for now, the scorching May weather must be messing with him. His coat was hanging on his forearm, whilst I walked around the podium and see him come in the direction where I will be sitting on the left, as the main guest of the event.
Soon, the priest walks in and the ceremony commences. The priest does whatever was beneficial to the couple, religiously. He sprinkles holy water from the mud pot on their intertwined hands.
"Please bring the rings." Says the priest. The helpers hand each of them the other one's ring, Charlie was blushing as if he was on his honeymoon. I laugh in my palms, trying not to disturb the silence of the audience.
