Chapter 16. Just Make Him Feel the Pain

Shantelle's POV

He was most likely just teasing me. ‘Gavin buying me clothes? I can't believe it.’

After all, he enjoys teasing me. Nobody knows whether he meant it or not. 

I ignored his foolishness and pulled loose his grasp on my wrist, flinging it aside, before starting to move quickly. 

But before I could, he twisted around and came up with me.

"Like what I’ve told you. I'll get you some clothing,” he added as he grabbed my wrist again, causing me to come to a halt.

"Gavin, I don't care! I just do not want to share a room with you and sleep with you!" 

I yelled at him, huffing violently. I grew embarrassed as I became aware of the observers' intense attention. 

They must have heard what I said... ‘What would they say about us now?’

"That won't be an issue. We're not going to sleep in any case."

When he talked, he gave me his typical mocking smile, as if he was about to say something dreadful.
