Chapter 90

“What? Are you not happy to see me?” Nichole exclaims covering her mouth with her hands. She flings her randomly. “Why are you looking like you’ve just seen a ghost?”

Well, Carmela wasn’t expecting her assistant to be Nichole. Why was it that Nichole was just everywhere in her life? How could Carmela completely remove Nichole? 

“Well because I’ve just seen one.” Carmela rolled her eyes. Not only was she surprised but also was she startled a bit. 

“Stop with the silly jokes. I did all this for you, you know…” Nichole opened her hands to hug her but was stopped halfway, Carmela frowning her lips a little disgusted. “when you were in that bed, I felt really bad and I couldn’t bear to see your spot taken away from you.”

Nichole wrinkled her face like she was about to cry. It was all pretense and Carmela knew it. She could not be deceived once more. She knew all Nicholes's tactics and wasn’t going to fall for it once more.
