Chapter 211. No Hope

She makes her way to the Tree of Truth outside the cave. She wasn’t alone. The rest of her coven is with her except for a Kik known as Efrius. She frowns at her decision to strike a deal with the goddess of the night.

Efrius has lived her entire life serving the white clan witches. She has seen them to be bold and courageous. Giving in to fear won’t win them this battle. Just as Jane has always said, ‘running away from the fight won’t win the fight.’

The rest of the Kiks gathered with the white witches as they surround the Tree of Truth. Bonnie has vowed to punish Efrius for her rebellion once she was done. Standing in a distance, Efrius watches them as they summoned Amara.

There was a flash of light that shone beside the Tree of Truth. The light immediately changes into a cloud of thick dark smoke. Thunder roared and lightning flashed across the sky as Amara walked out from the thick dark smoke.

With her gaze on Bonnie, she asked: “Why have you summoned me?”
