Chapter 325. Time to Talk

“Auntie Cat, here. This one is for my son, mummy. This one's for me,” Emma said as he extended the branded "Tantaliser" mini nylon to Tomiwa.

Tomiwa smiled as she collected the packaged nylon from him “Should I help you open yours?” she asked him, pointing at the mini bowl of ice cream he brought out of his nylon.

“Yes, thank you.” Emma extended the ice cream to her, then looked towards the door they just came out of. “Do you think my mummy’s neck would hurt her?”

“What? Oh, because of the way she slept?” Emma nodded. “I think she would be fine. She looked comfortable enough. I didn’t want to wake her so I couldn’t adjust her arms.”

Emma scrunched up his nose in thought even as he licked his ice cream off the spoon. “My mommy is tired,” he said to himself.

Tomiwa heard him and ruffled his head. “Yes, she is. She has been working so hard. Your mommy is a very strong woman.”

“I will be like my mommy when I grow up,” Emma said thoughtfully.
