Chapter 113

Sophia’s POV

I got there as soon as I could and I could smell the strong stink of blood.

“Am I late already?” The words sprout out from my mouth.

I could see Lucas before me and he was looking so exhausted. I stared at the floor. It was all littered with torn beasts and their dark blood was flowing to the earth.

“Lucas.” The words came out of my mouth and he turned over to me almost immediately.

He was looking so exhausted already and it seemed as though he needed some sort of support.

“Sophia, where have you been?” He inquired and I ran over to him as soon as I could and I gave him a warm hug.

I stared around and I was so confused because I could not see the others already and I didn’t even notice that it was almost daybreak and the sun was almost up in the sky.

“Sophia.” He noted again but this time, it was in a really weak tone.

“Don’t.” I returned to him. You will have to take some rest now. It seems that you are tired
