Sophia’s POV

“What?” I stared at my friends confused and I wondered what was it that they said and that I replied wrong to?

“Where should we set the fire?” Derek repeated himself and I made an apologetic look. But just when I was about to reply to his words I heard a slight cough and then turned to who it came from.

“Maybe she was just thinking about something that will make her ‘heat up’ in the cold,” Lucas answered, shamelessly. His gaze were on me when he said this and I swear I saw the happy look on his face when he saw how tensed I was.

I hope they didn’t take his words wrongly?

I felt like hiding in a secluded spot where I won’t be seen.

I just hope they didn’t take this in the wrong way?

“Oh you are feeling the cold?” Elijah asked me as he stared at me with pity in his eyes.

I stared at the others and noticed that they all had that look on their faces too.
