Sophia’s POV

I felt my heart tightened at this and my body was too stiff to move. It was standing there before me… just two inches away and who knows if it has been there for long.

Then what does the slinky liquid have to do with all of this? I felt fear just the thought of this alone.

“Do not move guys,” I whispered, fear evident in my voice. They quickly understood what it was as Lily squeezed my hand in reply.

“We just have to stay here like this for a while. There is a soul eater standing two inches away from us.” I muttered.
